INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARK  |  Bachelor level Thesis - 2014.

My Thesis was to design an INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARK on a 17 acre land spread with lush green trees. The design brief had requirements for a shopping mall of atleast 30,000 Sqm. a hotel / service apartment of 24 rooms with an attached restaurant, single or multiple buildings with rentable / salable office spaces, parking spaces for atleast 3000 cars and 3000 motor cycles, green open spaces, food courts, eat outs, amphi theatres, etc.

On my first visit to the site, I saw a huge land with beautiful natural landscape, almost like a thick forest and hardly could imagine a building of the required scale in this place. I had decided that i am not going to replace this beautiful nature with a huge concrete structure. I thought about the best ways to come up with the solution for this, and this was the output.
